HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

FRIDA LAS VEGAS shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on:

  • The total combined weight of your order, and

  • Whether you live within Australia (domestic) or outside of Australia (international).

At checkout, the shopping cart will display the cost of shipping based on the weight of products you have ordered and where they are being shipped to - that’s the best way to get an exact quote before completing your purchase!

The email address you provide at checkout will also be used to send tracking notifications, so you can stay updated with the shipping status of your order.

If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as the shipping provider will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.

Outside of Australia, FRIDA LAS VEGAS ships to the following countries:

  • Asia Pacific - China, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan

Regretfully, FRIDA LAS VEGAS is unable to ship to the United States of America and Canada at the present time 😭

Within Australia, FRIDA LAS VEGAS ships using Australia Post. You can choose between the following services:

  • Standard Parcel Post: 2-4 business days for deliveries within South Australia, 3-6 business days for deliveries from South Australia to all other states and territories within Australia.

  • Express Post: 1-2+ business days within South Australia, 1-3+ business days for deliveries from South Australia to all other states and territories within Australia.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED?

While we take great care to ensure your package reaches you in perfect condition, unfortunate incidents beyond our control may occur during transit. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact ciao@fridalasvegas.com within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or insurance claim in accordance with our Returns and Refunds terms.

What does ‘pre order’ mean?

When an item is listed as a ‘pre-order’, it means you are buying something that doesn’t exist (yet) and it is in the process of being produced. Purchasing a pre-order means you are reserving your preferred size and style from an upcoming production run. As soon as the item has been made and received at Studio Frida, FRIDA LAS VEGAS will ship your item. Each item listed for pre-order shows an estimated timeframe when the product is likely to be shipped. This timeframe can fluctuate from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, you will be contacted at the email address you used to place your order with an outline of the next steps. Any questions about pre-orders, please contact FRIDA LAS VEGAS anytime!

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Changed your mind? Most orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you can exchange or return the item (see above). It is best not to order unless you are completely sure. Why does Frida Las Vegas never go on sale?

FRIDA LAS VEGAS is art fashion, not fast fashion! Garments and accessories are consciously produced on a small-scale boutique level that reflects the limited-edition nature of Stavroula’s artistic practice. FRIDA LAS VEGAS will never go on sale because excess quantities are never made in the first place that necessitate slashing prices!

DOES FRIDA LAS VEGAS COLLABORATE WITH BUSINESSES AND BRANDS?

Does FRida Las Vegas wholesale to other boutiques?

Producing limited-edition garments in small quantities means FRIDA LAS VEGAS is unable to wholesale clothing to shops and boutiques, meaning the best place to go shopping is right here on fridalasvegas.com 😎 Having said that, there are some accessories that can be sold through art gallery and museum shops. Please contact FRIDA LAS VEGAS to chat through the options!

Do sold out styles and prints ever get re-released?

Mostly not, because that defeats the purpose of creating limited-edition prints and garment styles 😜 If there is a particular archival art print or garment textile that you love - and can’t bear the idea of it being gone forever “like sands through the hourglass” - please contact FRIDA LAS VEGAS.

I’m A STYLIST AND WOULD LIKE TO PULL FRIDA LAS VEGAS PIECES FOR A SHOOT. IS THIS COOL?
