EXCHANGES

For shirts, kaftans and towels: An exchange is no problem but does take a little back-and-forth time, as FRIDA LAS VEGAS is a one-woman show. Thank you for your patience in advance!

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact FRIDA LAS VEGAS within 4 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the item is unworn and your purchase is in its original packaging. You can either send the package back to FRIDA LAS VEGAS, PO Box 3102, Rundle Mall SA 5000 via Registered Post, or arrange to drop it off in person at Studio Frida if you are based in Adelaide, Australia.

Once your item arrives back at Studio Frida, we will conduct a quality control check to make sure the item hasn’t been worn or used before honouring the exchange. We will then send an invoice for the additional postage to send the replacement item(s), along with the new tracking number before posting to you. If the desired size of the item you wish to exchange for has sold out, we will provide a gift voucher of equal value to your purchase.

For swimwear and earrings: Please choose carefully and consult the size chart with a fine-toothed comb, as unfortunately FRIDA LAS VEGAS is not able to provide exchanges on swimwear and earrings for hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS

For shirts, kaftans and towels: Contact FRIDA LAS VEGAS within 4 days of receiving your order and we will send you an email containing instructions of how to return the item, either in person at Studio Frida or by Registered Post. Please ensure your item is unworn and is in its original packaging. When your package gets back to Studio Frida, before processing the refund, we will conduct a quality control check to make sure the item has not been worn or used.

For swimwear and earrings: Please choose carefully and consult the size chart with a fine-toothed comb, as unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds on swimwear and earrings for hygiene reasons.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

For shirts, kaftans and towels: Exchanges and refunds outside of Australia can take significant back-and-forth time (as FRIDA LAS VEGAS is a one-woman show) and can be costly at your end (due to the exxy cost of international shipping between Australia and the rest of the world). Please contact FRIDA LAS VEGAS with a description of the item(s) you are looking for an exchange or refund. We will liase with you by email to determine estimated shipping costs and delivery times.

For swimwear and earrings: Please choose carefully and consult the size chart with a fine-toothed comb, as unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds on swimwear and earrings for hygiene reasons for international customers.
